Someone once said on first meeting me 'You're one of those really annoying nice people' I took that to mean 'you're chatty, fun, up for a laugh, don't take yourself too seriously, friendly and make people immediately feel at ease!'
My friends would probably agree with this second interpretation (or at least I hope they would! I'd kick them if they didn't… that's one way of getting compliments.) They'd also probably add that I'm kind, genuine, open, honest, always happy to help when needed and an all round interesting person- wow that kick really worked!
But seriously, I'm not an airhead or just a 'really annoying nice person', I have opinions, ideas and beliefs too. I get passionate about things and while I am laid back and enjoy good banter, there are things that I take seriously (but maybe that's something for another time, don't want to give it all away now!)
In terms of my interests, I guess I spend my time doing what most other people do: music, gigs, festivals, pubs, dinner, DVD's, cinema, country walks, clubs (though less frequently these days), theatre, museums, holidays, travelling etc. etc.
I'm looking for someone laid back to have fun with and maybe see what happens from there... gotta be able to have interesting, stimulating conversations as well as all the light hearted, playful stuff though.
