A loving, romantic fool

I love being out in the open air. I like to feel grass beneath my feet. I really do like walking on the beach. I like going for walks on the moors and in the countryside generally. I'm into urbex.
The first thing people usually notice about me is I'm a bit shy at first. Once they get to know me it would have to be my cracking sense of humour

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I don't have any favourite anything. If you see a movie once you've seen it end of. I like any food.
Books: I read allsorts, mainly non fiction and autobiograohies. I like Catherine Cookson's and I've read some of them several times.

Movies: Let's think about this... I like allsorts romantic comedies, flick chicks, horror, I can't stand medical and legal dramas, cops n robbers or gratuitous volence. Notable movies that I like; The Green Mile, Shawshank Redemption, Saturday Night Fever.

Music: Preferably audible.

Food: I will eat anything on earth as long as it's not poisonous. Traditional Sunday dinners, Italian, Chinese, Thai and Indian. In fact anything tasty depends on my mood

More about me
On a typical Friday night I am on the computer chatting with some of my friends or snuggled up on the sofa with my cat and dog watching telly in front of the fire. I don't get out much really except to spend quality time with my kids although I am open to any attempts to change my routine.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here is I hate being alone.
Who I would like to meet
I'd like to meet a normal woman. Not too sure about looks etc. I like women to have a bit of flesh on their bones. But if you're thin don't let that put you off.
I enjoy walking around the countryside so I'd love to meet someone who'd enjoy that sort of thing. But it doesn't matter if you aren't.
So if you're a lady with a hint of intelligence, who has a bit of self respect and DOESN'T WANT casual sex. If you are a bit of a romantic who wants to meet a man who could take time to get to know you and maybe one day love and respect you, then get in touch.
If you're the type of person that is going to just sit in front of a screen sending messages back and forth for eternity don't bother. The only way to find out if there is any spark is to meet up and get to know each other.

My Ideal Date

A coffee in town might be nice and a walk around. As I love walking on the beach maybe a walk on a beach followed by fish and chips or a sit down in a quiet pub. Anywhere we can have a good conversation and get to know each other.
