I am down to earth, giving, open and honest, compassionate, passionate and supportive. I want to treat people with the consideration and respect that I would expect to receive back. I usually have a very positive outlook and am really sociable although a little reserved and independent at first. I'm at my happiest when I'm sharing what life has to offer, all its ups and downs. I like making the most of my free time
I'm still quite young at heart, look a bit younger and have a keen sense of fun and humour, my wit is sharper than my cheekbones. I take life as seriously as it needs to be taken! I can be grown up but never actually boring. I'm fairly adaptable and easy-going,I think I have a fairly balanced set of opinions on life,confident but not arrogant. I'm quite open to new ideas and interests. I enjoy all types of food and prefer going out where there is some atmosphere involved.
I enjoy my life and I am lucky enough to enjoy my job, work is a good place to be. I would say I'm almost happy where I am right now in my life apart from having someone special who's kind, fun to be with, uncomplicated and who can make me laugh, to share it with.I am interested to find out if there could be a woman out there that could make me happier than I already am , and prevent me thinking that this is going to be a dissapointment. However I never allow life to get me completely down, everything is resolvable and I don't believe in getting stressed so however the day ends just start the next day as if it is the first of many more.
I am not a shallow person or one of those online browsers in trousers. I am more a giver than a taker but not a push over.I never expect anything for nothing!
I know real beauty is not just skin deep,I am happiest in a relationship but I believe there has to be a spark, chemistry, attraction, butterflies (call it what you will) and I do think we need some things to relate to, so enough time should be spent on finding a connection but I am not simply looking for a long term penpal. I am not a consolation prize and by no means desperate to be in a relationship for the sake of it. I love to talk but I'm thought of as a very good listener.
I consider myself to be an intelligent observer, a cynic, an introvert who can be extrovert,
a contemplative person who is articulate and intuitive but also someone who is occasionally mischievous and can at times behave so stupidly that I make myself, and others laugh. Mutual respect for one another's feelings and situations are important, also honesty and integrity are attractive qualities to me, as is someone who has some experiences to share.., I'm ultimately looking for that one woman that will be almost everything to me, friend, lover, partner,confidante, advisor, soul mate, I'm not worried by baggage, in fact a woman who already has a life would be just great. Preferably a laid back kind of woman, confident in who you are, knowing your own mind .. but can also do a little compromising when needed.I would like to meet a woman who says what she means, and means what they say. Someone who will talk to me if they have something on their mind and hope that I can make her smile at least once every day and feel happy and secure.Someone to grow older with, but not necessarily to be grown up all the time. I am used to being on my own so maybe someone to do all things with but wouldn't want us to be living in each others pockets .. someone who at times requires their own space and is considerate enough of mine but also respects me enough to keep in touch with a quick call when we aren't together just to find out if i'm still breathing and to feel my heart race when I hear your voice. Simply someone who enjoys being part of a couple and having all the usual things that are better spent sharing within a supportive relationship that people will see and think, "I want what they have”.
