LTS - WLTM lovely man for friendship, holidays etc

I'm an ordinary sort of woman, taller than most and a carrying far too much weight but working on that - it's not easy! It is better for my selfworth if I say I'm cuddly! I am friendly, have a quiet nature and I'm pretty easy to get on with. My interests are varied and include reading, music, walking the dogs (2 Jack Russells), horse related stuff (used to ride but gave up a few years ago when I sold my last horse), eating out with friends and my family. I also enjoy cooking but mainly only cook for myself these days. What a waste! I was happily divorced many years ago and do not have any children but I'm very close to me nieces and nephews. I am well spoken and think it's fair to say that I'm intelligent!!! I would say I'm fairly attractive these days rather than very attractive - which I was a long time ago (big sigh!).

I enjoy travel and have been to quite a few countries in Europe and Scandinavia. I hope to visit family in Colorado some time, funds allowing!

I enjoy all the arts in an uneducated way. I have a pretty eclectic taste in music and enjoy rock, some pop and classical. I love to go to concerts but how often is dictated by what miserly pot of money is available! I've been to several classical "picnic" concerts and have seen The Stones, Elton John and a few others in recent years. I also enjoy Shakespeare's comedies a lot. I do like to read but choose some pretty trite nonsense sometimes!

The sort of person I'd like to meet is someone who is happy in his own skin, good company and sociable. I like a man to be reasonably well dressed ( I don't mean booted and suited, just presentable!) and preferably without body art or piercings which I'm not mad about. I'm sorry but I don't much like beards or 'taches, either.
