Hello.
My name is John. Always a good place to start I feel lol. I would describe myself as an honest, down-to-earth and rather easy going person with a good sense of humour. I am open minded in all walks of life. Possibly one of the qualities I am most proud of in myself. Always up for a good time in whatever form that is. I like to go with the flow a lot of the time. My family and friends are probably the most important things to me in my life. Always like hanging around with friends and having a laugh. I am definitely at my best when in good company. I can range from serious and thoughtful to random and silly in topics of conversation. I do enjoy a bit of intellectual stimulation now and again though. Keeps things interesting. I can have a cheeky side to me definitely but I’d hope you’d find it dangerously charming ;) he he.
Music is very important to me I listen to it every day. Listen to lots of different types/genres (open-minded there too) from Rock right through to Jazz and Classical as long as it sounds good to me I will listen to it. I have to say though my favourite band would be The Strokes also like Damien Rice, Kasabian and want to learn Bass Guitar/Harmonica. Been to plenty of gigs in my time too.
Sports interests include Archery, Snowboarding, Squash, Tennis, Pool and going to the Gym.
Enjoy all the usual things like Tv/ films/ cinema and occasionally computer games. I like to travel to new and interesting places. Enjoy going out but also like cosy nights in :).
I am at University at the moment in Preston (Uclan) started to study Japanese/Sociology but that didn’t work out for me so started another course called Communication Studies and Popular Culture. Although strangely not as many people have heard of this one ha ha. Still love things to do with Japan though especially Anime. Suppose slightly geeky tendencies sometimes. Split my time between Preston and go home in the holidays. I originally come from near Sheffield.
I would say I was looking for a genuine connection with someone and then see where things go naturally.
Hard to get all aspect of my personality across on here best finding out for yourself. Hope I haven’t bored you too much :P lol.
