JackJ - Want to be the light at the end of my tunnel? (Cheesy or what?) :)

It is always difficult to talk about yourself, isn't it? I am an honest, kind, 100% male who enjoys looking after his partner and is trusted by his friends. I'm not bad looking, but not a male model, (the photo is 3 years old and was taken by a pal who is a professional photographer - I needed it!). I enjoy motorsport, country walks, theatre, films, dining out, travel and can become interested in anything which exercises my mind. I like animals, if they are not striped, big and tryng to kill me (long story) My friends say that I have a weird sense of humour, but I think they are all certifiable, so one of us is wrong! Music? Well, apart from trance or rap I can go with anything but tend to enjoy classical music and soft rock: Bach to Foreigner and Nickelback etc... I have a broad taste in literature and will read anything until it ceases to interest me - life is too short for bad books ( and bad people)!

I am an experienced and gentle man, a good listener, as well as a confident speaker and respect anyone's viewpoint unless they are trying to ram it down my throat, in which case I react appropriately with the intelligence I was lucky enough to be born with. My kind of woman is someone who has her own well - founded ideas and an agile mind, without playing games. I do prefer slimmer ladies, but this is not a hard and fast rule since I have known many women who were not slim, but shone from within. However, I am definitely uninterested in airheads or shopaholics (so many, many times...)
So, if you have a natural character, intelligence, a gsoh and understand that life is not simply a rehearsal then we might see if there is a spark...if not, the world is a big place and I wish you well :)
