Even_Educated_Fleas - Sincere and rather bookish bloke

I have two fantastic kids: a son aged 10 and a daughter aged 8. The thing I devote most of my time to is being the best dad I can be for them.
It's been a while since my divorce and so I have been on my own for some time now. Many of the things I used to enjoy (going to the cinema; going to the theatre; going on city breaks to Paris / Berlin / Barcelona ) seem to have fallen by the wayside since I've been single. It would be good to find someone who I could share some of those things with again.
On TV I like to watch comedy: Peep Show, Family Guy; Would I Lie to You; - stuff like that.
Musically, I like all kinds of things - as long as the lyrics are good. So, for instance, I enjoy Gilbert & Sullivan, Noel Coward, Paul Simon, Morrissey, the Streets, Professor Green.
In terms of reading, I generally prefer fact to fiction nowadays. My favourite book in the last few years was Richard Dawkin's The God Delusion. My favourite novel was The Time Traveller's Wife.
What kind of person am I looking for? Someone who shares a few of my interests. Someone who can be patient with all the bad habits I've got into since I've been single. Someone who would be happy to spend a little time with my kids. Someone who can be kind to my mistakes!
